Senior / Lead AI Engineer – Data and AI Labs

We’re looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join a meaningful internal strategic initiative and also to contribute to solving complex AI/ML problems for our clients. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, including one of our founders, to help build an innovative enterprise platform for the organization. This platform will act as a digital twin of our existing systems—an intelligent bot/ Platform that provides real-time insights on what needs to be done and how to do it.

• Collaborate with leadership to understand the vision, scope, and requirements for the enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Lead and mentor teams while effectively managing relationships with customer stakeholders, driving projects from concept to delivery.
• Architect and design a smart, AI-driven platform that provides real-time intelligence to guide and optimize projects.
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies like LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI to build transformative, innovative tools.
• Oversee the integration of the platform with existing organizational systems, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure solutions
• Drive the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures.
• Conducting peer reviews, setting standards for code quality and best practices across teams

Job Requirement

What do we expect?

• 7+ years of experience in MLE/MLOps/AI Engg.
• Experience in leading a team as well as handling customer stakeholders
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs, Generative AI, or similar AI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Python frameworks (such as Django/Flask) or other similar technologies.
• In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and lead projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional groups.
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve complex challenges.
